Damage During Delivery
If any product arrives damaged, Kaavista will exchange or refund it as per your choice. Please file a complaint with photos within 2 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
To return a product, fill out the online return form and send the item back in its original condition.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
